Biography
Cati Bestard Rotger was born in Mallorca, Spain, in 1982. She received her master of fine arts from Columbia University in 2018. Her work has been exhibited at Ulterior Gallery, Times Square Space, Jewish Museum, Ortega y Gasset Projects, Museu Palau Soterra, Crush Curatorial and Untitled Miami. She has been a resident at the Institute of Investigative Living with Andrea Zittel (Joshua Tree, 2018), Hercules Art Studio Program (New York, 2019-2020), and Art Workspace Easthampton (Easthampton, 2021). She co-directs Dilalica, an exhibition space based in Barcelona. She teaches in the photography department at Columbia University in New York and Studio Art Foundations at Smith.
