Chief Human Resources Officer

The Associate Vice President for Human Resources is a strategic adviser and partner to the senior leadership of the college. While leading the development of workforce strategies encompassing all facets of the employee life cycle at Smith College, Anne-Marie helps to actively cultivate relationships with members of the college community at every level, ensuring that Smith is a workplace of choice.


Human Resources Operations

The HR Operations team provides a wide range of administrative services throughout the employee life cycle, including functional oversight of all HR information systems, data, reporting and project implementation efforts.

Human Resources Total Rewards

The Total Rewards team leads the design, development, administration and communication of the college’s compensation and benefits strategy, policies, programs and practices to support the mission and objectives of Smith College. Total Rewards is focused on offering solutions for all stages of life that support employees’ health, financial and social/emotional wellbeing.

Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition team works with hiring managers to attract the highest quality candidates to support the college’s mission and strategic plans. Including all phases of the recruitment life cycle such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation of employment offers, coordination of on-boarding and pre-employment activities.
