External Grants and Sponsored Research
Sponsored Research is defined as all research and programs supported by external funding and received by Smith College on behalf of members of the college community, and for which the college is accountable. This does not include gifts or bequests to the college, student financial aid, or support for student projects unless the college is required to submit an application on a student's behalf and administer the award(s).
