Celebrating Collaborations

A student discussing a poster to a visitor

“Celebrating Collaborations: Students and Faculty Working Together” showcases and celebrates the scholarly work of Smith College students. Students present the results of their senior theses, independent study projects, research seminars and other creative work as part of oral sessions, panels, poster sessions, exhibits and performances. Projects fall into categories ranging from science and technology, social, cultural and literary studies to the performing arts.

Sponsored by the Office of the Provost in partnership with Information Technology Services (ITS), Celebrating Collaborations is a project of the Committee on Academic Priorities (CAP). If you have any questions about this event, please email collabs@smith.edu.

Celebrating Collaborations 2023

Celebrating Collaborations is an in-person event on Friday, April 21, and Saturday, April 22, 2023.

Please note that on Saturday, April 22, the schedule provides a break at 11:30 a.m. for everyone to join Michael Thurston, provost and dean of the faculty. The provost will deliver remarks to the community on Chapin Lawn to celebrate collaborations between faculty and students at Smith College.
